**What You’ll Be Doing**
  
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key OEM and industrial accounts, aligning with Danfoss’ strategic goals.
Your role will blend strategic planning with hands-on execution to deliver measurable impact.

+  **Drive Business Growth:** Secure sustainable, profitable growth while expanding market share and strengthening customer partnerships.
  
+  **Shape Sales Strategy:** Develop and execute tailored account plans, identifying new opportunities to increase Danfoss’ presence in the region.

+  **Deliver Results:** Lead account development initiatives, manage opportunity pipelines, and achieve agreed sales targets.
  
+  **Collaborate Globally:** Work closely with cross-functional and international teams to ensure consistent strategies and exceptional customer outcomes.
  
**What We're Looking For**

+ Education in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related technical field (preferred but not essential)
+ Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within industrial automation, **water and wastewater** , motor control, or drive systems
+ Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
+ Experience creating and executing successful sales strategies in fast-paced markets
+ Ability to work independently and effectively in global, multicultural teams
+ Fluent in Danish and English
+ Willingness to travel across the region as needed
